This four-week live virtual discussion series co-led by a psychologist and dietitian is designed to help individuals break free from the diet mentality, heal their relationship to food, and cultivate respect for their bodies regardless of size. Each session in the series includes a discussion focused on either body image or relationship to food. Come to one or ideally all to explore and improve your relationship with your body and food. Open to UCI students only.

Topics include:
- Eating for well-being vs. weight
- Cultivating body neutrality
- Educating on intuitive eating principles
- Understanding Health At Every Size

**NOTE: While this series is a unique opportunity and can help with making peace with your body and food, it is NOT therapy. If you become interested in a deeper exploration of your psychological, emotional, and/or eating concerns, we encourage you to schedule a therapy appointment at the Counseling Center.
