Call For Submissions: Food Stories

In this series, we choose one ingredient that is common in many cultures and invite students to share their recipes which use the key ingredient. Selected students will speak about their recipes and the Demonstration Kitchen chef will create a multicultural meal of dishes with the same key ingredients but different culinary traditions.
