Ashley Eckstein is an actress, author, and entrepreneur best known for voicing Ahsoka Tano in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, and Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker. Beyond her acting career, she is the founder of Her Universe, a groundbreaking fashion brand that pioneered “geek couture” for women and fans of all kinds. A passionate advocate for mental health awareness, Eckstein has also written books including It’s Your Universe: You Have the Power to Make It Happen, inspiring readers to embrace their inner hero. Through her work on and off screen, she continues to champion positivity, inclusion, and fandom as a force for good. For this event, Ashley will be discussing Star Wars, acting, mental health advocacy, and entrepreneurship. The event will be hosted by Janice Hansen and moderated by Brandy Gatlin Nash in the School of Education.
