Our Power, Our Planet!

The Sustainable Food Fair celebrates Earth Day bringing together campus orgs and local vendors who are making eco-friendly impact happen every day.

Join us this year to discover easy ways to eat more sustainably on campus. Enjoy delicious, earth‑friendly food and drinks, while supplies last. You can look forward to meeting and learning about these sustainable vendors and campus organizations: Pepsi, Java City, Starship, General Mills, Kellanova, Sustainability Resource Center, Basic Needs Center, ZotBins, EarthReps and the Ants in Your Plants Garden.

You will also have the opportunity to meet Leo from Bonita Farms, one of our many local produce partners, that uses organic methods to grow a variety of fresh produce for our dining hall, including leafy greens, fruits, and vegetables. Leo and his team have participated in UC Irvine Dining’s Sustainable Food Fairs since Spring 2023. You will have the opportunity to learn his farm story and receive free fresh produce including one fruit item and two vegetables per person at the event.

Attendees will also have a chance to earn a limited-edition tote bag for visiting 6 of our campus partners at the event.
