About Us
We wanted to create a space where students from all backgrounds could come together and collaborate on recipe sharing, healthy snack making, goal setting, learning about our beautiful bodies, and finding balance among the chaos of student life. Being in University can make it extremely difficult to find a place where we can center ourselves. It can quickly become overwhelming adhering to the demands of school, family, society… you name it. Don’t jeopardize the connection you have with yourself! We encourage you to step back, and explore the principles of nutrition and its relationship to wellbeing. Through us you will enjoy learning about balanced dieting and clean produce, gut health, emotional growth, culture, and self love. We hope to implement some of the science based principles we have been practicing that will promote your definition of happiness and wellbeing.
