2026 Spring Interview Program/Public Interest Career Day Information Session

The Spring Interview Program (SIP) is an on-campus interview program which brings together law firms, companies, government agencies, and public interest organizations interested in interviewing UCI Law 1Ls and 2Ls for summer positions and 3Ls for post-grad positions. SIP Interviews will be held from 1/26/2026 - 12/27/2026. Applications are rolling, with the earliest application deadline being January 16, 2026.

The Southern California Public Interest/Public Sector Career Day (PICD) will be held virtually on Friday, February 6 (Table Talk- virtual career fair) and Saturday, February 7, 2026 (virtual interview program). Each year more than 100 public interest, government, and private public interest law firms participate to recruit students from member law schools for summer and post-graduate positions. PICD provides you with the opportunity to connect with, apply to, and interview with these organizations/employers. The application period is from 12/19/2025- 1/20/2026 and students can begin reviewing job postings on 12/18/2025.

This will be an informational session on SIP/PICD - what to expect, the difference between each program, timelines, how to submit applications/bid for interviews, and more. We look forward to seeing you there!
