Join us for a moderated interview with Federal Circuit Judge
Todd M. Hughes. This engaging discussion will explore a
range of timely and practical topics, including practice tips for
Federal Circuit practitioners, Judge Hughes’ experience at the
Department of Justice, and his perspective on the impact of
artificial intelligence on the Bar and Judiciary. Judge Hughes
will also share insights from sitting by designation in district
court proceedings and discuss how recent PTAB changes are
impacting the Federal Circuit’s docket and practice.
