Dear Class of 2027, 2028, 2029, and recent alumni,

The UC Irvine Law Review is pleased to invite you to our Notes & Comments Information Session + Student Notes Panel on Tuesday, September 8, from 12:00–1:00 PM in EDU 1111.

The session will provide an overview of the Law Review’s Notes & Comments process, including information about the process, opportunities available to students, and what it is like to write and publish a student Note. Current student authors will also participate in a student panel to share their experiences and answer questions.

Please note: This event is intended for current 3Ls, and lunch will be provided to 3Ls who RSVP in advance. 1Ls and 2Ls are welcome to attend the session as well, but lunch will not be available for students outside of the 3L class.

Whether you are already interested in joining Law Review or are simply curious about the opportunities it offers, we encourage you to attend and learn more!

When: Tuesday, September 8, at 12:00–1:00 PM
Where: EDU 1111

RSVP here.

Please fill out the RSVP form by EOD Saturday, September 5 so that we can plan accordingly for lunch.

For interested 2Ls: By the time you are eligible to submit a Note, the Volume 17 Executive Board and current Notes Team will no longer be leading Notes Selection, so some of the information presented may no longer be relevant to your submission cycle. A Spring information session will be offered for students who remain interested in submitting a Note for Volume 18.

If you have questions about the Notes & Comments process or the session, please reach out to the Volume 17 Senior Notes and Comments Editor, Mimi Tang, at lawreview.notes@lawnet.uci.edu.
