CTJ | Kate Weisburd - Mandatory Surveillance

Kate Weisburd is a law professor at U.C. Law San Francisco, where she writes and teaches in the areas of criminal procedure, civil rights and emerging technology. Prior to joining U. C. Law, Weisburd was a tenured professor at George Washington University School of Law. Before teaching at GW, Weisburd founded and directed the Youth Defender Clinic at the East Bay Community Law Center, which is part of the clinical program at U.C. Berkeley School of Law. Weisburd received her B.A. from Brown University, her J.D. From Columbia Law School and clerked for the Honorable Lawrence K. Karlton in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
