BLOOM (Building Leadership Outreach and Organizational Momentum) Fall Quarter 25

Part of the CCC Bloom Series, in collaboration with the Counseling Center, this session explores the emotional and physical toll of sustained advocacy and social justice work. Participants will reflect on signs of burnout, share collective care strategies, and learn practical tools to sustain their passion and well-being while engaging in activism.

Building Leadership, Outreach, and Organizational Momentum (BLOOM) is a quarterly workshop series designed for all student leaders, with a particular focus on those from registered campus organizations. BLOOM employs a multicultural lens through leadership development, education, and empowerment. Note that some BLOOM sessions are held for RCOs affiliated with the CCC through our C-SOP Program.
