NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. LIMIT ONE (1) SPIN PER ELIGIBLE STUDENT.
ELIGIBILITY: The “UC IRVINE ESPORTS SPIN TO WIN OPPORTUNITY DRAWING” activity is open to current UC Irvine students with a valid UCInetID only. Must be 18 or over to play. Opportunity available between 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025 during the UC Irvine Esports Fall Kick-Off Event only.
TO ENTER: Visit the UC Irvine Esports Arena during the Esports Fall Kick-Off Event on Sept. 26, 2025. Spin the “SPIN TO WIN” prize wheel at the event. Each spin earns an entry or entries into the opportunity drawing. The participant can fill out the indicated number of entries on the provided ticket(s) with their name and email address and deposit it/them into the entry receptacle in the UC Irvine Esports Arena. The participant’s name and their email requested will not be shared or distributed to anyone and will only be used for the purposes of the “UC IRVINE ESPORTS SPIN TO WIN OPPORTUNITY DRAWING.”
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Eight (8) winners will be selected at random from among all eligible and legible entries. All winners will be announced during the event and/or notified no later than Friday, Oct. 3, 2025 via the email address provided on their ticket. Prizes will be re-awarded if unclaimed within 48 hours.

OFFICIAL RULES: “ESPORTS CHECK IN TO WIN OPPORTUNITY DRAWING”
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: The “Esports Check In to Win Opportunity Drawing” is open to all individuals attending the UC Irvine Esports Fall Kickoff event on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. One (1) entry per person. Sponsor may verify eligibility and identification and may disqualify entries that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicative.
TO ENTER: Attendees must check in at the event by scanning the provided QR code and submitting their name and email address via the online form at the event. Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- To be eligible for the 3:45 p.m. drawing, participants must be checked in by 3:30 p.m. PT.
- To be eligible for the 6:45 p.m. drawing, participants must be checked in by 6:30 p.m. PT.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
- First Drawing (VIP Reception): At approximately 3:45 p.m. PT, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by 3:30 p.m. PT.
- Second Drawing (General Public): At approximately 6:45 p.m. PT, two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by 6:30 p.m. PT.
Must be present to win. If a selected winner does not respond in person within two (2) minutes of announcement, an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZES: Three (3) Collectible UC Irvine Esports Team Jerseys will be awarded: one (1) at the 3:45 p.m. drawing and two (2) at the 6:45 p.m. drawing.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40.00 each. Total ARV: $120.00.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
- Taxes and any financial-aid reporting obligations are the sole responsibility of each winner. (All gifts, gift certificates, gift cards, and cash equivalents awarded to students may be reported to the financial aid office.)
ODDS OF WINNING: Depends on the number of eligible entries received by each cutoff time.
PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing or these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the drawing, or for any reason in Sponsor’s discretion (including safety, weather, or venue issues). Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Governed by the laws of the State of California.
PRIVACY: Entry information is collected via UC Irvine CampusGroups and used to administer the drawing in accordance with applicable UC Irvine policies.
