The UC Irvine Spirit Squad consists of a co-ed cheer and dance team that represents the highest standard of collegiate spirit leaders. As a UC Irvine Spirit Squad member, you will be directly representing the University of California, Irvine, and UC Irvine Athletics. The main objective of the UC Irvine Spirit Squad is to support all UC Irvine Division I intercollegiate athletic teams, with an emphasis on Men's and Women's Basketball, and serve as University ambassadors to the community. This can come in the form of campus appearances to support University objectives, or attending community events as part of our community outreach mission. You will have the opportunity to work with other talented performers and choreographers to create and maintain a quality, highly-respected spirit group.
