Welcome Week Day of Service 2026

Looking to meet fellow Anteaters who are passionate about sustainability, community engagement, and making a difference? Want to learn about organizations you can stay involved with throughout your time at UC Irvine? Join us for a Sustainability Day of Service during Welcome Week (Week 0)! 🌎

Start your morning with a kickoff gathering at 9 AM, then be randomly assigned to a service site. Participants may be placed at either an on-campus project or with one of our off-campus community partners. (Transportation will be provided for all off-campus placements.) 🚐

You'll work alongside other students on projects that support sustainability through environmental stewardship, community care, and more. 🤝 After approximately 1.5 hours of service, we'll come back together to reflect, connect, and celebrate the impact we've made.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, explore meaningful ways to get involved at UCI, and help create a more sustainable community, both on campus and beyond. ✨
