Why Cognitive Science?: Psychology and neuroscience have always interested me, especially how they overlap, so I chose a major that emphasizes their interdisciplinary connection.

Why Cognitive Science?: I didn’t want to limit myself; I loved the interdisciplinary nature of CogSci and wanted to explore my interests in Psychology and Tech!

Why Cognitive Science?: When I was applying for colleges, Artificial Intelligence was a hot topic that came out of nowhere because ChatGPT just released so I was curious about how understanding human cognitive processes can be applied to building truly “intelligent” systems

Why Cognitive Science?: I am fascinated by how the brain works and how those principles can inform technology. I’m drawn to the intersection of neuroscience and AI, using the human mind as a model for intelligence systems. Cognitive Science allows me to connect these different interests.

Why Cognitive Science?: I got interested in cognitive science after completing a summer research bootcamp at UCLA! I also wanted to explore business areas like marketing, coding, and project management, and cognitive science lets me connect those interests.
