About Us

UNICEF at UCI is a branch of a larger student-led grassroots movement by the United Nations Children's Fund [UNICEF]. At UNICEF at UCI, there are ample numbers of opportunities to advocate, aid and raise awareness for underserved children and mothers throughout the community and around the world. UNICEF works in more than 190 countries and territories to save and improve children's lives by providing health care and immunizations, clean water and sanitation, nutrition, education, emergency relief and more. UNICEF at UCI upholds these values and goals through community service, fundraising, and awareness on our campus and local community. Together, we are working toward the day when ZERO children die from preventable causes and every child has a safe and healthy childhood without exploitation, discrimination or violence.
